Sean Ferda was born in Beaufort County, South Carolina, and graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Insurance and Risk Management. With nearly 15 years of experience in insurance and marketing, he’s worked across Medicare, ACA, Final Expense, Value-Based Care, and related fields—helping people make smart, confident choices.
His passion for Medicare started when his own parents aged into the system. Seeing how confusing the process was inspired Sean to step in and help others avoid that stress. He’s made it his mission to guide families with clarity and care, giving them peace of mind about their coverage.
Kind-hearted and hardworking, Sean also gives back through local volunteer work. Whether professionally or personally, he believes in helping people feel supported and understood—because everyone deserves to be treated with respect and compassion.

Jon is a proud Charlotte, North Carolina native, graduate, husband, and father of four. He brings a wide range of experience across industries like banking, sales, operations, product development, and data analytics.
He has spent almost a decade in Digital Customer Acquisition Marketing with an emphasis on healthcare products like Medicare, ACA and Value Based Care. Throughout his career, Jon has focused on building strong teams, solving problems, and making things work better—always with people at the center.
He’s also passionate about giving back, with volunteer work in disaster relief and children’s causes. Jon believes most people are good at heart and that the world needs more kindness, connection, and action. He’s motivated every day by the hope of making a positive difference, both in his work and in the lives of those around him.

A native of Buffalo, NY, Andromada has called Charlotte home since 2012. With over 12 years of experience in insurance sales — spanning Property & Casualty, Life, Health, and Supplemental plans — she now specializes in Medicare, transforming complex coverage options into clear, actionable solutions for clients.
Her passion for developing others is fueled by her own leap from customer service to sales 13 years ago — a bold move that underscored the power of recognizing and seizing potential. Relentlessly driven and fiercely committed to growth, Andromada strives to be better than the day before, motivating those around her to do the same.
Outside of work, she recharges by spending time with her children and their family dog, Snoopy, embracing life’s everyday wins while keeping her focus firmly on the future.

Born and raised in Hilton Head, South Carolina, Alex developed a lifelong appreciation for community and the natural environment. He now lives in Charleston, SC, with his wife and child. A strong advocate for giving back to the community, he volunteers with local nonprofits that promote education, youth development, and environmental conservation.
Alex began his entrepreneurial journey at LoftSmart, a student housing tech startup, where he helped scale the company from six to nearly fifty employees. His work there sharpened his leadership in team building, sales strategy, and operational vision, laying the groundwork for a career defined by innovation and adaptability.
Alex’s leadership style is rooted in collaboration and integrity, with a clear focus on sustainable growth and meaningful impact. His dedication to both his career and community reflects a balanced, purpose-driven approach to success.
